Our mission statement says:

The PTSA at Mount Si High School is a cooperative team of parents, staff, and community members dedicated to enriching and strengthening the academic experience for all students.

You'd rather be a helper? There are lots of opportunities to become involved and help out at MSHS! Contact a board member or come to a meeting and let us know!

Mount Si High School PTSA – Pride in Our Teachers!!

The Mount Si High School PTSA would like do a better job of regularly recognizing some of  the great teachers and staff at Mount Si High School!  We would like to ask you to help by telling us when you see or hear about great things that our teachers are doing.  We will research more about the teacher and then share the stories with all of you monthly! 

How to tell us about an awesome teacher or staff member:   It’s easy!  Parents, students, community members, fellow educators, and administrators are encouraged to nominate outstanding teachers for us to recognize.

The teachers or staff who we select will be recognized in the following way:

·         Certificate from the PTSA, presented by the PTSA and Principal John Belcher

·         Announcement on the hallway TVs at Mount Si High School

·         Information will be emailed out to parents via the PTSA newsletter and the school email mechanism

·         Stories will be provided on the PTSA and school websites

·         PTSA will submit information to the local newspapers

We will solicit nominations every month.  Thank you for helping us recognize these hardworking, dedicated, and inspirational people in our students' lives!

Our teachers need many basic supplies that they often provide out of their own funds. Could you help them? It would be appreciated!

Some things they could use:

• Guests speakers who work in the healthcare industry for Health Science Careers class
• Adult volunteers to help with Speech and Debate tournaments
• Guest speakers for video game, advertising or web design industry
